OISOI started working with Mrs Park exclusively in 2015. She visited OISOI in Sheffield several times and we developed the authentic and original Korean dishes together.

Park Kwang Hee Kimchi and the famous Gochujang (Korean Chilli Pepper Sauce with Red Dates) was hand made in Korean and then air-shipped to Sheffield.
